In developing our new atelier rhum division, several clients, including Cirque du Soleil, have trusted us, entrusting us with large-scale training mandates.
Developing a training experience that includes harassment concepts while equipping managers to create a common language on courageous feedback is not a simple mandate but a really cool one!
As part of this exercise, I was fortunate enough to meet with Marie Garel, lawyer and owner of Equalis, a legal firm specializing in litigation, to put together a simple, comprehensive and interactive training program that would combine legal concepts and communication skills, hence the idea of heartbox.
The concept is quite simple: Marie, as a lawyer, is defined as the "box" of the training, helping managers to familiarize themselves with the concepts of litigation and harassment, and I, as coach and moderator, take on the role of "heart" of the training. A perfect match, heartbox was born!
The result: a 2-hour training course directly impacting leaders who want to develop their knowledge of today's legal context and managerial courage. And as a bonus, it's all about having fun, exchanging ideas and meeting new people. The feedback given by Cirque du Soleil demonstrates a real measured success: 88% of the managers who took part in the training said that the feedback tool was easy to integrate into their daily interactions. Moreover, 80% said that since the training, they have made a conscious effort to increase the clarity of their interventions. The organizational impact is positive and tangible.
