RHUM joined Timbre as a hiring partner in late 2021 to help the founders and core team execute their growth plan with care. At Timbre, the focus wasn't just hiring; it was building a team with shared values around creating games for fun while fostering strong collaboration, so every Timbreoo had a voice and a creative outlet to contribute in a meaningful way. We focused on hiring and building systems that strengthened an inclusive culture, a diverse team, and processes that scaled as we grew.
Solution
The rhum team partnered with Timbre to build the core systems, templates, and processes needed to source, attract, and onboard teams across art, engineering, design, and operations — all grounded in the culture that was growing organically around its core team. That meant clear workflows for how people move through the hiring process, onboarding and offboarding steps that work with busy schedules, and foundational SOPs that hold collaboration together as the team grows. We focused on simplicity that could scale — a hiring structure a small but growing team needs so the right people join, feel oriented from day one, and know how to work together as Timbre grows.
