Your Impact

You’ll be at the heart of both Human Resources and Talent Acquisition mandates, supporting clients across creative and innovative industries (games, entertainment, SaaS, VFX, AR/VR, AI, clean tech, design).

In HR, you will…

  • Contribute to HR diagnostics and strategy

  • Help design performance, training, compensation & people programs

  • Support employee relations and HR policies

  • Work closely with our HR Partners, often embedded within client teams

In Talent Acquisition, you will…

  • Own full-cycle recruitment & elevate our sourcing strategies

  • Build lasting relationships with exceptional talent

  • Act as a brand ambassador for our clients

  • Create interview frameworks, tools, and hiring best practices

  • Share market insights and advise managers with confidence
