The Challenge
Lionshead Entertainment is an award-winning, full-spectrum audio service provider, offering everything from original music, audio direction, sound design, project management, staffing, technical design, implementation, and code support to à la carte design and content creation. As Lionshead Studio grew beyond its boutique origins, Lead Producer Stevie Van Skiver and the leadership team spent valuable time searching online for HR answers.
Without dedicated internal HR expertise, they faced a classic scaling dilemma: HR demands were consuming leadership’s time and energy, leaving the team unsure whether sensitive matters were being handled in a timely manner, compliantly, and aligned to the culture Lionshead worked so hard to create.

Our Solution To provide immediate relief without the overhead of a full-time department, RHUM introduced its Hotline Model: a flexible bank of monthly hours for ad hoc support, strategic guidance, and real-time HR requests and execution. This model gave the Lionshead team a direct, agile lifeline, and took important HR tasks off the plates of leadership so they could focus on continuing to build, while their team felt supported. Whether responding to an urgent, high-priority request or diving deep into a time-intensive deliverable, RHUM integrated seamlessly into Lionshead's day-to-day operations as an approachable, highly responsive partner, available when they needed us.
