Why Work with us at Rhum?

This is a chance to learn how to build a massive network in games/creative, manage complex projects with a superstar roster of clients around the world, and learn how the best companies in the world hire great people. We are willing to train the right person that comes to the table with a genuine eagerness to build a dream career for themselves.

You’re a fit for our Team if:

  • Working well with others and adding your own personal flavor to your role.

  • You’re organized and can prioritize tasks effectively, gathering the important details, and asking the right questions to stay a step ahead of deadlines and challenges.

  • Working well with others and adding your own personal flavor to your role.

  • You are a Connector - whether helping your friends find interesting opportunities or helping great people come together, you have a ‘sixth sense’ for seeing the potential in people.

  • You know ‘the devil is in the details’ - you are meticulous in following up, following through, and ensuring your work is completed with impeccable quality.

  • You’re a Creator - the concept of building great companies is not much different than building anything. You can toggle between the big picture and granular details to help put all the pieces together.

  • You have a wicked sense of humor (the drier the better!), love all things random, and are looking for a team where you can be your true Self.

  • You are looking to have a massive impact and can flourish in a startup environment where things move at breakneck speed (don’t blink you might miss it!)
