Help Elevate and Deliver rhum’s Talent Acquisition Function by:
Continuously evolving your sourcing expertise when finding and connecting with the best talent in the industry
Cultivate strong relationships with active and passive talent to build a network for current and future opportunities
Owning the full-cycle recruitment process, involving everything from gathering role requirements to making and negotiating offers.
Core Responsibilities:
Support Great Companies Through the Hiring Process
Acting as our client’s brand ambassador – delivering best-in-class candidate experience for everyone we partner with, helping us redefine a new standard in external talent acquisition. This looks like:
ensuring the rhum client candidate experience,
advising managers on best recruitment practices,
building and/or adapting interview frameworks, creating interview and hiring tools,
providing insights on the job market in their industry and geography
raising any potential flags around the candidate experience or talent function
Escalating issues to the partner to ensure both parties are set up for success
Ensuring hours and scope of work are realistic, and changes in the mandate (more roles, projects) are discussed immediately with the Talent Partner
Support early client meetings, including the kickoff and client onboarding process, ensuring key metrics are discussed, and expectations are set
When necessary, seize the opportunity to have uncomfortable conversations that could help elevate the client's HR or Talent Function
Utilizing Operations Tools & Technologies
Utilizing rhum and client tools to ensure how we work is optimized for collaboration and efficiency
Contribute to rhum’s Exceptional Brand and Evolution
Ensure tools and interactions with clients and candidates are executed with the highest quality, technology, and care, aligning with rhum’s experience and bar for excellence
Actively participate in projects and opportunities to research, explore, or help create new tools or projects that benefit rhum’s network or team.
Engage with rhum’s community by supporting rhum events or attending industry events on behalf of rhum, leveraging our social channels, and actively building your network with the broader tech and creative community.

Experience and Education
1+ years in a recruitment role, either focused on sourcing or covering full-cycle recruitment
A growing online professional network
A Talent Advisor mindset: you are more than a “fill-the-role” person: you are someone who cares about guiding managers on understanding their needs and can articulate that need clearly to passive and curious talent
